RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@treasurewich.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. Please include:

  • Photos of the product showing any defects or damage
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
  • Description of the issue

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not require physical return of opened sleep products (sleep masks, mouth tape, or similar personal care items). Once we verify the issue, we will process your refund or replacement.

For unopened items in original packaging, we may provide return instructions on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used personal care goods (sleep masks, mouth tape, beauty products) for health and hygiene reasons
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items or gift cards

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at contact@treasurewich.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For other exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund for the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. For unopened items in original packaging, please contact us for return instructions. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've reviewed your return request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
