Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@treasurewich.com and we'll investigate promptly.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time.
